In the forum below, I invite you to share a short blurb about yourselves. Feel free to share as much or as little as you like. Getting to know you will help me to identify your individual needs as a student and will help me to understand how to best support your learning. If there is anything that you would like to share with me about yourself, but would prefer not to share with the other course participants, you may do so via e-mail. However, everyone must submit something to the forum in order for this section to be marked complete.
This is a sharing session about spelling, grammar, & punctuation. You have three tasks.
1. Share one thing that you know about spelling, grammar, & punctuation (everyone knows something!)
2. Share one question that you have about spelling, grammar, & punctuation (a rule that you don't understand, maybe)
3. Post a reply to at least one other person's post. Maybe you also struggle with the concept that they posted, or maybe you can help them by answering their question.

Hello and welcome to Science 10.
My name is Mr. Stace and I will be your instructor for this course. In this course you will be investigating deeper into four subject areas: Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Earth science. Each section will have a unit project and a unit quiz, and various assignments, complete all the required to finish the course. Each section will have a bonus assignment that you can do to improve your grade if needed. These assignments are designed to give you an opportunity to work on areas that you may be weak in. Remember the point of this course is not to complete things but learn and understand the content. Having a foundation of knowledge will help you as you further your education.
A few things to be aware of going into this course. Plagiarism and Cheating are not tolerated, any infractions will result in a zero or a re-do as well as mark in your academic record. All work is expected to be your own work, if you have the opportunity to work on a project with a partner, this is great, let me know ahead of time and make sure you are both doing your fair share of the work.
